Dear Friend: We are thrilled to have you join us at Desert Reset! Please note that rooms sell-out fast, so book as early as possible to stake your claim. Rooms vary in price, and on-site space is limited. Choose between a "Commuter" or "Residential" retreat. A "Residential" retreat includes accommodations on-site, with you having chosen your room. As a "Commuter" you will enjoy the full retreat experience and have access to communal spaces, but accommodations are not included. If you choose to join us as a Commuter, we have a few suggestions for accommodations:
AIRBNB: Brad (Cynthia’s husband and Desert Reset’s Hospitality Director) manages Airbnb vacation rental properties in the area. Please visit his list of Airbnbs: http://www.airbnb.com/wishlists/412664507 Type in the date to see what is available, and make sure to send him a note letting him know you are coming to Desert Reset. He will take care of you and give you a discount. We give out the exact address upon registration, but the retreat space is near Kickapoo Trail and Highway 62, so that you can determine a general travel time.
SHERRY’S HOUSE: We also have three off-site rooms available at our yoga instructor Sherry’s beautiful home near the retreat center. These rooms only become available when on-site rooms are filled.
TRAVELODGE: For economical travel, participants stay at the local Travelodge, only 1.5 miles from the retreat. It’s in a nice, safe single family home neighborhood, and it’s very convenient.
We allow an additional night’s stay on-site after the retreat on Sunday night for your convenience. The cost is $150 per person for a private room, which you can book below, as well.

Please select the number of people from the "Number of People" drop down menu. You will also see an option similar to: “1 Queen (But I’d like to share with 1 other!)” in “Number of People”. The rooms vary in price and in bed size. "Quantity" should always be "1", since you are making 1 purchase no matter how many people are in your room.
The price at the top of the description will change to reflect the option you chose, showing you the total cost. Tax is included in the price shown. No additional taxes or hidden fees upon checkout.
The Commuter retreat is the same full retreat experience as a Residential retreat with communal space access, except no accommodations are provided.
There are a limited number of Commuter spaces available. Save your spot!

Enjoy an extra night’s stay on Sunday evening for your convenience. Whether for traveling and flight ease or you simply want to explore more this magical desert, we are happy to host you on Sunday evening. If you prefer, you will be given your own private room (if you have been sharing a room) and if we have availability (so far, we always have!). Otherwise, you can stay in your same room.
Please be aware that check-out is Monday at 11AM. If you need arrangements for more nights, we are happy to help you with that offsite in an Airbnb that Brad, our Hospitality Director, manages. We want to help you create a wonderful extended weekend in Joshua Tree!

TIBETAN SOUND BATH MEDITATION
Part meditation, part listening exercise, sound baths are healing musical performances that deeply effect both the physical body and the subtle energy body to help heal depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and insomnia, and to deepen soul connection and to spark creativity.
GOURMET MEALS
Enjoy delicious, healthy, plant-based meals made by a famous vegan chef. Meals made to satisfy your cravings and maintain your energy. Gluten-free options available. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks included.
YOGA
Awaken your body and mind to gain instant gratification and creating lasting transformation. All levels welcome, no previous experience necessary. Morning Mindful Hatha Yoga and evening Restorative Yoga are included.
BURNING RITUAL

A unique, up-close opportunity to see and experience the beauty and majesty of the National Park. Incredible rock formations and panoramic landscapes await you. Easy to moderate 1.5 mile hike.
